Had pleasant call interactions about a car on line with Alex. The dealerships pricing was a great deal, believe me, I beat up the internet looking for a very specific suv. Kansas City, Peoria IL, Cookeville Tn, Chicago and Roscommon, Mi. All lost out to the final selection! Lol My wife and I are in southwest Florida and was nervous buying from a 9 hour drive away. My purchase went fairly smoothly, it took about three hours on a Monday evening to finish the deal. I had pre-approval from my bank which I think speeded things along. The only negative I have to say is on pricing. I have no problem with a dealer or sales person making a fair profit but the dealer adjust for the vehicle I bought was $7000 on a vehicle with a base MSRP of $28,000. I believe the total first brought up was over $40,000 which is just too much.

Sales person was really nice and the car was good to go but the sales manager was not very customer service oriented. I drove an hour on a Saturday to cancel a warranty. He was able to accommodate and help me out but did not fill it out correctly and when I called to have it corrected, he claimed that it was a Monday through Friday thing and refused to fix the problem.
