Worst communication EVER. Never again.
Unfortunately, there agent named Dennis Kutwal, quoted fares to me and inspire of me giving him all details like passport number and name he booked wrong tickets and now since a month he keeps telling me be is waiting for seats to open up. Very disappointed and not I missed booking it with the airline too as I was counting on him to do the same . The fares went up with airline now.
Laughing at a man being dragged off that United flight was disgusting. What the hell were you thinking? He's a human being!

I need to get to a person passing away and need to fly shortly. When I have sent emails in the past for other travel I received only an auto reply but no follow up to that or to my emails. I am trying to find out how folks can get a reply.
