AC repairs by Alfred Alfred provided exceptional service when repairing my home AC. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about the system. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a clear, straightforward manner. The repair was done efficiently, and the AC has been running perfectly since. I appreciated his respectful attitude and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again for future HVAC needs.
Very Pleased Called for a service call at 9:30 am and technician was here at 11:30am. Diagnosed issue on my 20 yr old heat pump, gave me a price and fixed the issue in an hour. Will definitely use again for service maintenance.

Punctual, Efficient and Kind! Yesterday i had an inssue at home where my outdoor unit was not working. Called Cool Air USA and sent me right away a technician to diagnose and fix my issue. Technician (i guess it's Leo) came in earlier than expected (JOB #: 406927), checked the indoor unit and gave all kind of tips to clean and maitain the unit. Also answered all my questions.
