Repair call out I called Cool Air this afternoon because my recently installed A/C wasn't working. At approximately 6.15 p.m. A service tech called Omer arrived to fix the problem. He was friendly and courteous and diligent in searching for a solution. He first thought it was the thermostat and then after inspecting the condenser and a/c unit he quickly identified other problems. Prompt & Good Service Cool Air USA had installed our AC unit for the prior homeowner and they had purchased an extended service plan. I called for the service and the person answering the phone was very friendly and helpful. I scheduled the appointment and on the day prior to the scheduled day, I received a call to confirm the appointment. I then received a call from the technician when he was a few minutes away. The technician was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Cool Air USA in the future.

Angel was great!!!!! This is my second time using there service on my rental company. The receptionist is always so helpful. since i live in a differnt county.Angle is always helpful .he suggested a turn off switch on my ac to protect overflow. Will use them again.

A/C leakage and over haul Jose was fantastic ! Traffic was very bad and he called to inform me of the situation. He was competent, honest and very respectful of me and my home.
