I highly recommend Cool Breeze. Courtney V went out of his way to accommodate me ASAP when my HVAC system went down. He and his technicians work very hard, are very professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a reliable group to assist in your repairs, call them. He also installed a hot water heater as well the very next day. I was impressed with their great customer service and rates.
Actually, I have never had a repairman that took a call on Sunday. He made an appointment for Monday and said if he could be earlier, he would let me know. I was elated when he called and said he could get there earlier. It was 87 degrees in my home! He did a fantastic job and thank goodness he only had to replace two parts. Yea! He was knowledgeable, communicated well and took the time to answer every question. I am grateful for Court! He is a lifesaver!!! I would highly recommend! He is a 10 in every category!!!
