Our tech Kevin arrived and was very professional, friendly, polite and even made friends with our dog right away, which is not always easy! The staff at Cool Breeze were committed and professional in every aspect of the job. Conscientious of the environment they were working in. Cleaned up after the job. Went above the scope of the job (patching up and sealing system vents and truck lines. Kept me up to date with crew development and issues as they happened. I trust them with any friends and family who need their services.
After speaking with Michael, the technician, he seemed very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. He was very good to inform me about his whereabouts, and when he would arrive and kept in constant contact. I plan to use them not only for my personal use, but also my business use as well.
