Living at Cool Creek Manor Apartments was fraught with challenges, largely tipping towards the negative. The customer service is disappointing; interactions often felt dismissive with a "deal with it" attitude, overshadowing the friendly front office staff who unfortunately lacked the authority to make meaningful changes due to upper management. We just moved in last week and so far it has been a great experience. FYI, this is not an employee! The front office admin was amazing to work with and gave us all of the information on what to expect up front, so I do not anticipate any major surprises. Treat your move in inspection seriously and note even small imperfections to avoid being charged when you move out. I really loved living there. We lived there for 4 years. The 3rd year the rent went up $183 a month then the 4th it went up $135 a month. We decided to move. We were waiting on security deposit in the mail instead we got a bill for $1961. Our security deposit was only for $1183 and we also paid $900 for pet security deposit which we know was non refundable. The pet security deposit was not even on there. They charged us to replace the carpet in every room which my dogs were only aloud to be in 2 of the rooms with carpet. We ... read more
STAY AWAY First of all.. all of the 5 star reviews are from employees. The "customer service" here is atrocious.. whenever speaking to anyone from this place they come off as very cold, rude and unsympathetic. Very much a "That's your problem, deal with it," kind of attitude. The front office lady is honestly nice but with no real power to actually do anything about the issues you'll have.. you're left with awful people above her.
