Excellent location between York and Lancaster. About a mile from Route 30. Apartment Complex is clean and well maintained. Apartment layout is good. Apartment neighbor noise is normal for apartment living. Close to schools and 5 miles from area mall.
Excellent apartment complex. One of best places I've lived. Would love to stay here for a bit, but unfortunely I have to relocate for employment. Highly recommend. Very nice staff including maint.
Layout of Apts are great. Grounds are well maintained. Living in the down stairs apartsment can be rough living from a noise perspective. I could hear the people up stairs going to the bathroom. Construction of apartment is poor. Dynamite explosions from local quarry have caused plaster to fall off wall.
Large spacious apartments. Lived there for 13 months and wouldn't have minded living there longer... kinda wish we did now. :)
While the price may be a bit high by York standards, the maintenance and the amenities -- gym room, swimming pool -- more than compensate for it. The townhouses are definintely spacious. And the folks who live here are the kind of people you'd want for neighbors.
I love the beautiful grounds and friendly neighbors here. The staff is helpful and kind and always wave as you pass them. My only complaint would be some of the extra costs. The gym is extra, washers are not included, and the pool has been shut down for a multiple weeks this summer (some type of liner problem---who puts a liner in a public pool??) My wife and I miss our old townhouse! This is by far the finniest complex we have come by. The staff takes care of ANY problem with out any reminders on my part AND they followed up with us.. I highly recommend this complex!
