Michael A came out to do our tuneup. He was very professional. He made sure that our system was in good running shape! Arrived when they said he would. He did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend Cooling Advisors!
Just wrote a review complaining about service and received a phone call from the owner. Very pleasant and respectful man. He explained the reason for the charges and discontinuation of service. I am happy with that and for that reason I think this company deserves a second chance.

Friday night. Six pm. . Six dinner guests due to see my new home for the first time. arriving at seven. I opened my kitchen door to the garage and found the floor flooded!!! As a new owner with NO paperwork on the cooling system, I was relieved to find a Cooling Advisor sticker on the unit with their phone number.
