I was introduced to Cooling Advisors when I needed to replace the AC in a rental unit. I was very impressed and happy with the service before, during, and after the installation. So when I tried to reach Palm Air to do their scheduled service at my home, which was already a few months behind schedule, I made the decision to bring in Cooling Advisors to do scheduled maintenance.

I truly felt extremely comfortable from my first communication with danni who was my initial contact, though to Robert t who was my onsite technician. My short story is that I am typically out of town and had an extremely tight window to be able to meet with the company to service my hvac unit.
