Got the repair necessary to get the unit operational after a long day in hot summer temps. Also got an education about the breakdown. Decided to accept their offer for a maintenance program because, clearly, we’re not good at it. Extremely happy with the emergency service! Rob was excellent! He answered his phone immediately which was pleasantly surprising. Called 3 other companies before Cooling Advisors and nobody answered. Rob provided quick service and explained everything very clearly. Great service!
