Sean was so extremely helpful ! I was afraid that my entire Ac was down right before the hurricane and he was able to come and take a look at it within a few hours of me calling the company . It turned out to just to be a thermostat issue and he had everything up and running . Importantly you notify me of any other maintenance issues I had with my hair and what to expect . I was extremely pleased with this family run local business! Sean, one of the sons, was able to come out the same day I asked for service. Sean was very personable, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. He put on protective "booties" whenever he entered my home. I felt he was trustworthy and was confident in the work he provided. He fixed a potential problem I could have had in the future with the outside condensate pipes. My experience with Cooling Advisors could not have been better. 5 minutes after filling out an online inquiry, Robert was on the phone with me and his professionalism and dedication to his trade really shows. Having described my ac problem to him, he told me how much the issue would be to fix. We scheduled an appointment that I didn't realize overlapped with a previously scheduled appointment.
