Our firm has over 30 years experience dealing exclusively with estate planning and elder law. We do not do divorces, bankruptcy, or criminal work. Our team of 9 attorneys and over 35 staff members are dedicated to elder law and estate planning. We are one of two law firms in Ohio that have three attorneys who are dually certified* by the National Elder Law Foundation as Certified Elder Law Attorneys (CELAs) and by the Ohio State Bar Association as Specialists in the Area of Elder Law.

We used Cooper Adel Vu to setup an Irrevocable Living Trust after my father passed away. Although at on point there was an issue filing documents Cooper Adel Vu found the issue in an audit, corrected the issue and contacted me to let me know. When my mom passed away they met with us to go over details on the future of the trust as well as a revocable trust that was setup my a different law firm. I recommend them as they are professional, knowledable, and compassionate.
