Awesome experience!!!!!!!!! Can't say enough nice things about the group! Arrived from out of town, to relocate, 2 weeks ago. Made contact with Cathy in office and she expedited an appointment within the week. The cleaning was painless and efficient, Nina (amazing) has a terrific sense of humor and puts one very much at ease. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They take time to explain their recommendations. I experienced no pain with a filling and received the most gentle but thorough cleaning ever. Copeland Family Dental treats all their patients like family. Starting with the warm welcome from Kathy to the care of cleaning from Nina and Dr Copeland keeping an eye on everything else. Latest equipment and techniques. Absolutely no pain. dentist explained everything as he was doing it. Amazing receptionist, scheduler, biller, techs and Doctors, professional yet very personable and really very funny (humor). This is the place to go if you don't want to hate going to the dentist.

Dr. Amy was gentle, informative, offered me choices, answered questions and treated me with respect. Trisha was kind, respectful also answered all of my questions.
