Since my wife and I first had the opportunity to sign up with Copenbarger & Copenbarger the staff were very helpful and walked us through everything. After my wifes passing, the firm assisted with the administration and they made sure that I received any and all of the information I needed. When I was closing the estate in California, this firm made everything easy for me. From start to finish it was a great experience.

We hired Copenbarger and Copenbarger to update our trust which was originally drafted by them five years prior. We returned to them because we had such a positive experience with Mr. Lloyd Copenbarger, years earlier. Our appointment was in September 2024 with Larry Copenbarger. We wanted to add a new property and add my niece as a beneficiary. During our meeting with Mr. Copenbarger, I felt that he wasn't listening to our purpose for being there. Copenbarger inherited our account when our original lawyer died several years ago. The new lawyer we partnered with was helpful, kind, decent, and non-exploitive. In the past year though, a new lawyer (Mark P O'Brien) has replaced her after she left the firm, and he and his paralegal have ignored our requests for a week before I had to call in multiple times to track him down and reach him. Then, they send us a $951.50 bill 5 months later over 2 emails and a letter that he sent us when we've never even met with him yet. ... read more
