Dr. Pruett and her staff are excellent. They are professional and they take the time to explain everything to us.
Dr. Pruitt was just great. Easy to understand and a great bed-side... (chair-side?) manner. Tiffany, the hygienist that did my cleaning is the best hygienist I've ever been to. Highly recommend them both! The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Not always the case in medical offices but they all really made the experience excellent.
The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr. Pruett is knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. She took the time fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth -- and all this is done in a professional and positive manner. For the first time in years, after visiting Dr. Pruett, I feel there is a specific game plan in place to improve my dental health.
What an amazing group of ladies! I was so surprised at how nice they were. Dr. Pruett was great at explaining all my options to me. She is very knowledgeable! They made me feel comfortable and were gentle with me while looking in my mouth. I will be recommending Coppell Heritage Dentistry to everyone.
Dr. Pruett is such a talented dentist. You can tell her concern is genuine, and her knowledge of the trade is far more than I have had with any previous dentist. The new office is immaculate, and her staff simply leaves you smiling...no pun intended.
I regret to have visited this place. I went here because I had an emergency. This dentist asked me what happened and I told her my story. Thinking I could trust her and also for her to understand my case, she turned around and went to the dentist I had the problem with and investigate about my problem. She then sent me a certified letter home telling me that I was not a fit for her and she wanted to believe her colleague. I actually was not planning to go back to her. I didn't like her at all.
