Everyone at Dr Igor’s was extremely helpful, considerate & pleasant to be around. They were quick to respond to any questions I had, or to let me talk to Dr. Igor, as he let’s me call him! He chose to use gas on me, though he can also do anesthetic, because I had a stroke 7 years ago. The procedure of pulling a tooth & trying to rebuild bone around it went very well & quickly, thanks to him & the gas, lol!!! I would like to HIGHLY recommend Dr. Igor Tikhonov and Coppell Oral and Facial Surgery in Coppell. I recently ran into an issue with a wisdom tooth. I am over 50, and I know that wisdom tooth removal can be quite complicated from someone of my age. However, Dr. Tikhonov was quite confident and put me at ease when I initially visited him. My experience was excellent. Every one is so kind and friendly and they are always smiling. My doctor was very patient and understanding to my needs. He was Very knowledgeable about my condition. He also recommended great care for while I was home. Office was always clean and beautiful. Service was prompt and dependable. Appointment times were kept. Highly recommended for all.
Loved the office staff and Dr. Igor! My extraction I had put off for far too long went flawlessly, pain was minimal, all my questions were answered patiently and knowledgeably. I don’t often highly recommend anyone but I highly recommend them. So glad I found this office!

My fiancé and I both had teeth (wisdoms and supernumerary) removed at Coppell Oral and a facial Surgery. Dr. Igor and Tina were keen on thoroughly answering all our questions before and after surgery. We were surprised to hear he uses a technique to help prevent dry sockets that many surgeons have not integrated into their practices. My fiancé has a really bad spitting problem (which you aren’t supposed to do after oral surgery as it could cause dry sockets). Dr Igor is great. Explained the procedure so I really felt at ease. I had no complications after surgery and by following ALL his instructions am healing well. I HIGHLY recommend him as an Oral Surgeon. Think he is the best in the area.
