I had my wisdom teeth extraction with doctor Igor Tikhonov one week ago. He did an amazing job! It was painless and fast. The doctor itself is an incredible person, who truly takes care of his patients: he called me in the evening of the day of operation to make sure I feel good. Many thanks and best wishes! The entire staff was amazing and super friendly! Dr. Igor along with the rest of the staff made me feel super comfortable before, during, and after the surgery! They all did a great job and would recommend them to everyone!
I want to say a big thank you to Igor Tikhonov MD. He is a wonderful dentist doctor. My syrgery for removing wisdom teeth was held at a high level and the healing process took a fairly short time without any unpleasant consequences. My best wishes.
Dr. Tikhinov is very nice and he provided us with excellent service. His staff catered to our families needs as we have a dual household. They made sure that both households received the same information regarding our daughters upcoming surgery and treatment plan.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Igor Tikhonov and Coppell Oral and Facial Surgery in Coppell. I recently ran into an issue with a wisdom tooth. I am over 50, and I know that wisdom tooth removal can be quite complicated from someone of my age. However, Dr. Tikhonov was quite confident and put me at ease when I initially visited him. Dr. Igor took a biopsy for my daughter in about 10 minutes and sent it to the best lab in Dallas, just so we can have peace of mind that it was nothing to worry about! Great customer service and nice staff! Super easy to deal with. Thank you Dr. Igor!
