The new dental hygienist is very rough and not doing her job good. Not satisfied with her service.
It felt like they were just trying to take money, telling me I needed a bunch of procedures that I never even heard of before. Will not be going back, did not care for the dentist at all.
The first time I went it had been a long time since I had been to a dentist so I wasn’t that surprised when I had to pay $150 out of pocket for a deep cleaning. I was however a little disheartened that the hygienist I had seemed to be brand new. She didn’t know how to use the suction properly, often handing it to me and asking me to do it myself. Went in for a crown they installed that came off. I had to pay for a dental exam, teeth cleaning and re cementing of crown. Not only was it ridiculous I had to pay for all that in order to fix there crown, but on there website it states dental exam is included in teeth cleaning i had to pay for both. Was told it is included but you are charged separate from teeth cleaning. THAT MAKES NO SENSE! I would highly recommend going to another dentist.
Horrible staff!! Doctor thinks it's ok to talk down on parent infront of child with parent wasn't present. Seems to be because I declined a service I'd have to of payed out of pocket for when other dentists never charged. Staff is just as bad. Never once apologized for rude comments about me infront of my child & to top it off they sent an attacking email full of lies & accusations. Worse place I've ever had to deal with!!!
