I rented from Copper Key for approximately one year and from start to finish it was a fantastic experience. They were responsive to any questions or concerns I had while a tenant. They were the most honest and fair landlord I've worked with on the move out; charges deducted from my deposit were not in the least bit excessive. If I ever find myself in need of a rental I will most definitely start with them.

The process was at first very difficult to find a rental. However once a rental was identified the years lease was a good process. They were responsive to maintenance request.
I can't believe I'm at the 5 year mark renting with Reliant; now known as Copper Key Realty and Management.
