I am a new tenant and Copper Key has been amazing to work with. Each person in the process has been more than stellar. Communication is key and they make the searching, lease signing and move-in pretty easy. Looking forward to my time in this home. Haven't had to do a maintenance request yet, but hoping that process is easy as well.

Copper Key employees are extremely fast to respond, helpful, and professional. I'm beyond happy to have found a home with them for my next rental. Be a good tenant and take care of the house (submit your work orders!) and they'll be great property managers for the renter and the home owner. I rented from Copper Key for approximately one year and from start to finish it was a fantastic experience. They were responsive to any questions or concerns I had while a tenant. They were the most honest and fair landlord I've worked with on the move out; charges deducted from my deposit were not in the least bit excessive. If I ever find myself in need of a rental I will most definitely start with them.

Wonderful experience! I unfortunately only got to rent from Copper Key for a year, but they are absolutely amazing! Anything we ever needed as far as household fixes, we were never charged. They got quality companies to come do any repairs in the home to make sure it was done efficiently, quickly and correctly. When the 6 month walk through came around the woman was so kind! Everyone we ever spoke to was just amazing. I highly recommend Copper Key to anyone who just wants peaceful, worry-free renting!

We used Copper Key to manage our rental home for five years and then to sell it this spring. From property management to realty, you could not ask for a better team to take care of you and your property. Communication was wonderful and I never had to worry about our house.
