Copper Key is the best property management group in Clarksville. They have been our property managers for a decade. ******* provided great advice on how to list the home. ******did a photo spread of the home that looked like the pages of Southern Living. We always had quick turnover and kept tenants in the home. They handled any and all minor maintenance issues quickly and professionally to keep both owner and tenant happy. I appreciate that when there was an issue they did everything necessary to advocate for it to be fixed. What bothers me, and this more falls on the owner of the home as the property manager unfortunately has to act as middle man and can really only make recommendations, but it seems as many of the things that needed repair or replacing are things that come with age and normal wear and tear and the owner needing to do basic maintenance and upkeep on the home.
