We signed our lease for 1 yr with Copper Key in Clarksville, TN. We would have renewed the lease, instead we decided to purchase a house. Any issues with maintenance, concerns or questions I had were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. We had no issues with communicating with them. I moved into one of their properties a year ago and have renewed for another year. I have rented from many places through out the years and this one tops them all. Any issues I had were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I have not had any problems with communication on the phone or email from Copper Key in the year I have already resided here. I look forward to another year with them! You all rock!

I just recently moved into town and in one of their properties in April. I have had zero issues and would recommend this company to anyone! Everyone has been very helpful and quick to answer any questions I have had. No problems thus far.
