Quiet with conditions... I moved to Baltimore from Arizona where things are more modern and updated. When I found Bonnie Ridge I was excited. It wasn't as nice as what I was used to but it was better than what I was seeing. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and quiet. The staff in the office was great! The only issues that I had were a leaks, ants, and spiders occasionally. Affordable but needs updating. This is a good alternative if you are looking for a good amount of space for a great price. The units are of older construction so each building shared a water heating system and it would not go higher than 75 in the winter, which left me freezing. The windows are single pane as well and there are gaps in the doors so it was hard to regulate temperature. I did have an issue with pests.
