They do a good job picking up your household good but do not communicate about delivering your goods. Will not return calls.
On 11/17/2022 I mistakenly left a 5 star review and commentary regarding our move that day; that was before I actually saw the garage where our things were unloaded by the movers. We had movers and painters (inside) that day, along with the normal chaos of a moving day. Avoid this company at all costs! I have moved between states 4 times in my life. This was the worst moving experience ever. The movers were careless in the way they stored my items as well as in packing the truck. They lost 4 boxes and one very expensive piece of furniture. Additionally, they lost furniture parts and could not reassemble a desk. Many boxes including durable plastic storage bins arrived crushed due to improper packing on the truck. During my lifetime I’ve moved 20+ times with little to no damage to my household furnishings and furniture. Sure, there was a broken glass here and a scratch or dent there, but never the total annihilation of furniture like what Copperstate did to mine. My experience with them has been devasting, both emotionally and financially. Plus, the nightmare continues now months after the move. They moved us from California to Phoenix. Worst experience EVER! Buyer be aware…..Mark and Crystal promise everything and delivered nothing according to their promises. We were moving from a 7200 sq. Ft house to a small condo. Some contents were going to storage, some to the condo. We were promised we would have delivery, opening of boxes, and removal of trash. Unprofessional and unreliable, very poor customer service. I had to help them load and unload truck due to the movers playing around and sitting on their phone, even though I had already moved most of my items to one room for them hoping they could easily load it up. Mark proceeded to call me after leaving a bad review and told me my move was “bogus” and told me to “shove my one star review up my a**”. That is not how you speak to customers. Totally unethical crooks. Stay away !!!
The people loading the trucks were great, so I am giving one star for them. Although somewhere between packing the first time and unloading the 2nd/3rd time - they stacked stuff on my bookshelves incorrectly and broke them. So- Thanks. The rest of the experience was one of the most horrible I'd ever dealt with regarding a business. We decided to use Copperstate b/c we were told it would be a week to get us from AZ to Florida. Recommendedfast & professional We had packers & so far none of my fragile lladro pieces broken.😀 We had to broken chairs, hopefully they will be fixed by a professional furniture repair specialist. Will let you know. We still have boxes & boxes to open.
