The service arrived on time, the operator of the device was knowledgeable and friendly. In addition, I think that the price was correct and fair. I had looked into renting a pump and blowing the waste into an area and composting it, but the cost of doing so was only $100 dollars less than my quote. It didn't make sense to do it myself considering cost, time involved, and potential unknown hazards. The procedure took about one hour. I was very happy with the service. Thank you. Jonathan, N.Y. The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He cleaned out my tank completely and with a mirror inspected my baffle plates ( no other contractor ever does that). I was very pleased with the work and would recommend you to any of my neighbors.
