I was blown away the other day, the service rep Ashtine, proactively kept us up to date on the service process. I think they have a new system that allows you to get the status of the vehicle at every step. Everyone at this dealership is Amazing. Financing also does a great job. I went back to maintenance my other vehicle on 8/8 and my service tech was Lucas, he was professional and proactive in keeping me updated, he respected my time frame and also scheduled my shuttle. The service is very friendly and I love that if you lease or purchase a vehicle from, they will pay your service bill and that’s very good that they do that for their customers. I went there to get my first oil change after purchasing a car from them and I did not have to pay anything and I appreciate that. I gave a 4 star because I was there for over 2 hours just for an oil change. Overall the customer service was great and friendly.
Had stopped in for a scheduled test drive over the weekend. Afterwards, the gentleman who helped us told us to wait for a minute to speak with the sales manager to provide brief feedback. Two minutes later we were told to go and that nobody needed to speak with us. I received a call 30 minutes later asking for feedback, where I verbalized a reasonable offer on the vehicle. Well, from the minute, we got there Rudolph who we were assigned to was fantastic. He listened to explained. Everything told us where to wait. Told us that he tried to get it done as soon as possible for us because I told him I had to return to work. He kept his word And delivered the car., Sooner than he thought it would be!
Went in for an oil change and ended up with a new car. Upgraded more bells and whistles lower payment. The new management is a vast improvement very happy with my experience Mark. My salesman was terrific 10 for him.
