Our initial conversations with this lender were excellent—they offered us fantastic rates and very good customer service. Unfortunately we had to withdraw an offer on this property after inspection.
Jeffery is not just a professional, but he's able to maintain his professionalism while connecting on a human and personal level. He's able to remove the natural anxiety associated with the process and give the client a sense of assurance that, if it can be done, he will work hard for you, (the client) and get it done. He did a GREAT JOB!

Thank goodness for Jeff, otherwise, I don't know if we would be this happy in our first home. Knowing all we do after the experience, I am 100% sure Jeff was the right person for the job. He answered all the questions we had about the loan (which were a LOT), and he was always available and there for us. Jeff rocks!
Jeff took our calls evenings and weekends and set up several conference calls to accommodate our busy schedules - he was imperative in the process!
Jeff was great! He took over last minute from another lender that couldn’t deliver, and then was able to hit our target closing date without issue.
Jeff was extremely helpful throughout the entire home-buying process and his upfront estimates regarding payments and closing costs were nearly to the dollar! He was always available to answer questions and provided great advice along the way. Great experience!
