RecommendedAC went out on a Saturday. Chris from Corcoran and Harnist was here within minutes. He replaced the compressor within 1/2 hour. very professional, reasonable as nd friendly. Wouldn't call on anyone else!

Got home from work and the house was cold. Asked a friend who to call and they gave me the name and number of their guy. I spoke with him and he came over first thing in the morning and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour for a fair price. I now have a go to company. Thanks Chris!!

Chris from Corcoran and Harnist came out the other night, diagnosed all issues with my HVAC system in my home. He not only was professional, but extremely knowledgeable. He was able to get my fiancé and I a short term fix, while my home warranty company continues to drag it’s feet. I will only use this company from here on out. True professionals and actually take the time to diagnose, explain, and propose fixes. Tremendous service!

32 year anniversary coming up for me & c & h. Cant begin to tell you what wonderful people they are. Always do the right thing for the right reason. My respect for them grows every day. YES you can get cheaper. But you cant get people who stand by their work, pay people an honest wage, cover insurance and never try to deceive anyone. Bought my current Carrier furnace/AC from Corcoran & Harnist 3 years ago (9/2014). We got several quotes from other local Carrier dealers, and the quote we got from Greg Harnist was the most competitive and complete. Some quotes were cheaper than Greg's, but most were more expensive, and amazingly, some of those quotes included re-using existing old, worn-out equipment that was too small/unusable (such as the existing AC lineset, which was kinked and too small for the new AC unit). Great service when we needed it the most! The estimate was right on for the work that was done and there were no surprises! Our system had some major leaks and the technician Matt was very thorough and made sure the system was fixed properly and we were good to go! Very happy! Thanks!
