I do not recommend the services of this firm. I chose this firm because they objectively decided that my case was a good one to take (as the mother I have primary custody) and I felt that C & C could give me insight on how a father's attorney would aggressively pursue the divorce proceedings. I blindly believed that they were acting in my interest, but they did not. My fellow men, I am writing this review because Cordell and Cordell pride themselves with their advertising that they are an advocate for men and have a solid legal service for men needed their services. For me, this was far from what I received. I will not identify anyone from C&C because I believe my review is based on the firm as a whole and not any one individual. There is a reason they was you to prepay on a credit card. Absolutely dishonest. They charged me for a 'consultation' and then passed me off to two other people whom I was charged to 'update' my case. Each was significantly worse. My lawyer did not submit my financial declarations to the Court so I was unable to defend myself. I paid my ex-wife fees as well. So I hired these guys after hearing the boss on radio ads. MrCordell seemed like a stand up guy n facing my 1st n my wife's 3rd I knew I needed help. Colleen Kinsler was assigned to my case n she did get down for me so I thought but she only cared about one thing. Getting her legal fees. I used Julian French. I met December 15 2015. I was told if current on child support they can only go after future earnings. A lie. I would have never paid $4000 as I had a lot of assets. Julian French said three service attempts were made in December. She lied again. It was January. I paid $1000 for December and nothing was done. They continued this $400 to $500 a week automatic withdrawal and would only give a monthly invoice that never tied to billings. If ur anal it was impossible to reconcile.
