Kate was very knowledgeable and helpful guiding us through what sometimes seems like a tortuous process with minimal pain. She has continued to be responsive with follow-up questions as well, including explanations for why she has a point of view. For a small company with virtually no Quality experience, this has been important for us to get to the next step of our company's vision.
