Was quoted over phone a contract price of $49.99 with a 3 year contract. $24.99 to monitor for a month and $30.00 for equipment total was $54.99 with tax for 3 years for the equipment dropping to just the monitoring price of $24.99 a month.. . After system was mostly installed emailed document to sign the 3 Year went to 8 years 4 months. Did not sign and had system removed

my unit was installed just fine. i was promised if i financed the equipment, they would pay my 2nd and 3rd months payment. Didn't happen. i was shorted a remote thob. One week after the unit was installed, my xfinity internet went out. i waited 7 days finally the replaced the incoming line. The refused to let me keep the same id {it was home 8d92). After taking a look at the customer statement I've realized that this is a multitude of miscommunications. All of which were caused by the customer not having the appropriate customer service number. He was contacting the sales department to schedule a service call which is not the proper protocol. The credit issue is already resolved and the month taken is being refunded. They prey on elderly people that need protection and security who don't understand the Consequences of this contract and the huge finance charges that they have to pay for 15 years

This company will run a credit report even if you don't give them your social security number or your approval. I don't know how they did it. It caused a hard hit on my credit report. I hung up on them before the "sales pitch was over.
The company as well as their products are very flawed! Some annoying man came knocking on my door as I was moving in and sold me this security system with all of these promises! Clearly as I was currently moving in I didn't currently have internet so the technician installed everything on the premises that he would return to get the cameras rolling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are liars and the customer service should rate at a MINUS STAR...make that 3 MINUS STARS. The salesmen catch you when you first move in and have an amazing sales pitch, but the company itself sucks.
