Fantastic job done by the whole team, communication has been great and all my questions and concerns were promptly answered.
Unfortunately we were out of town when we had to have our roof replaced, but Core made the process fairly simple. They worked with our insurance company and got it all done. The only negative I would express is having so many different individuals to work with as opposed to a single representative. Thanks.
From the first meeting with Jeremy, who was phenomenal, To the actual physical work dunvery professionally in 1 day to the patience of The office staff when the insurance check got delayed, Everybody and everything was top-notch and professional. Core is absolutely the best. They replaced our roof and gutters and we could not be happier. True professionals from Brianna our adjuster to the entire installation team as well as Will and Roxanne in the accounting dept. Love love love this company !
