Very prompt at the very start of the visit, walking out to the check-in desk, the receptionist already had for me something that I needed and had on my to-do list of other things to get to after having a medical professional look at my issue, but I didn’t have an actual copy or reference to provide at check-in my insurance information that I had used previously with them and knew they already did have on file, but was very pleasantly surprised that before I arrived, she took the initiative to print a copy of the insurance in... read more
