I had a pleasant experience yesterday at the Beaumont Urgent Care. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The receptionist was nice and walked me through the paperwork. The nurse was understanding of my issue and properly gave me the correct medications.

Great comfortable nice staff just running an hour behind.
Helpful clean and I was in there and diagnosed in a half hour. Prescription was called in to my pharmacy quickly. Staff was friendly and caring.

The wait to get in was VERY long!! Maybe dont make appointments every 5 minutes as that's just ridiculous!!
Front receptionist was professional but seemed irritated I failed to register online & to top it off I forgot my cell phone due to my illness and pain I was experiencing. I understand it was not ideal but i had no planned on visiting this particular location. I only went when I discovered my initial location was closed that day.
