I came in experiencing lower back pain from a work related incident. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind when i first entered. I had a short 5 minute wait before being taken back by Ms. Tracey. She was super nice and friendly. She listened to the reason i was coming in and got me situated very quickly. Dr. Bryer examined me quickly and was able to provide me with some relief. My first experience with urgent care was great! Easy check in process and kind and professional care! I didn’t have to wait long before Kristen Breyer FNP-C came into exam room and assessed my symptoms and prescribed antibiotics. She was kind and caring and very thorough! AND very efficient care as my prescription was ready when I arrived to pick it up! Thank you Kristen! Thank you ALL!

Went late hour half before closing wasn’t sure if I would get in seeing I was the only person waiting but, luckily I was able to get seen and they took care of the issue at hand. A little joking around and a good sense of humor helped took roughly 42 minutes for the appointment.
