Corey was awesome to work with, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know very well. Jenna from underwriting, was also awesome to work with! The appraisal was flagged for some water in the basement which is incredibly common in the area as most houses are 100+ years old. The teams should try to learn and understand the local areas and markets a bit more.
