Their promptness of staying on top of the process beginning to end moved things along very quickly. Their communication was fantastic whether it was keeping us up to date as to where we were in the process or responding to questions we had. I would receive an email when it was time for the next step. Their website was super user friendly and made it easy to upload the needed documents. They made refinancing a breeze.
