Make sure the title is clear and doesn’t have a lien with HUD. Not only did this happen but it wasn’t even recorded with Utah County it was in another state! Even when my husband questioned the amount at closing nothing was done. Contacting you 2 years later you still has nothing g to say about it!!! Thanks we had to sell our home to pay hud 50,000.
