Alan Stallings and Kaycee Chapman are very accommodating and helpful. They were patient with us as my wife and I were very busy with work, trying to sell our existing house, closing on our new house, and taking care of a lot of other issues. Alan even met me at work a couple of times to pick up documents. He also made a last minute arrangement for a closer location to meet for our closing. They are fantastic!

Being a first-time homebuyer, I found that there was a lack of clear instructions and guidance from the lender. Whenever I asked for clarification more than twice, they seemed annoyed. Sometimes, I was lucky to find someone who was helpful, but it took a long time and caused a lot of frustration and mixed feelings to get everything done.

Unfortunately there was no agent who spoke Spanish, and no attempt was made to find a translator, so communication was terrible. Be more courteous, give better customer service regardless of the language they speak.

I owned a very successful mortgage company for 18 years up until recently, so I understand what is good service, professionalism and common sense underwriting. Nicole and her staff exemplify the level to which most aspire, but seldom reach. Their attention to detail, communication skills , timing & overall can-do attitude has motivated me to come back to them four times for financing needs.
