We needed to clear contingencies in less than 10 days and fund in less than 30. They did it in 9 and 22 respectively. It was an impressive feat! From start to finish, they were easy to work with. Straightforward options to do the loan, cash down, points, rates - all of it was simple to follow and understand. The underwriting team was great and worked quickly. Seamless on the loan docs and all was good to go!

The whole team at Cornerstone was amazing. Tim and Leslie were there every step of the way. It’s a crazy real estate market but we decided to bid on a new house and had our offer accepted. We offered a 30 day escrow because Tim Harrison said we qualified and his team could get it done in time. That short escrow was what got us the house. But then the scramble begins! There are a lot of moving parts and decisions to be made in 30 days. Tim spent time with us explaining the financial options and strategies. His team kept the process moving forward.
