Jon, was extremely professional and quite efficient as well and as such, made the whole process so seamless. As a matter of fact, he took over our account in three weeks and we were able to close within that time frame. He is quite a Supper Star.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jon. We have used Jon for lending on two of our homes and he has been fantastic. On our most recent home purchase, Jon went way above and beyond with helping us get to our closing as quickly as possible, helping us navigate some options that could have easily been more frustrating, but not with Jon. Some of my favorite things about Jon is that he sets realistic expectations and makes the process as painless as possible.

Jon is an extremely hard worker who digs into his client's particular situation to get a loan done. Most mortgage professionals lose interest if there are more than two W-2's. Jon wenr the extra length for my wife and me.

I have always heard that home buying can be a pain, especially with the financing. We did not come close to an experience like that because of Jon. As first time home buyers we did not have much knowledge as to how the process worked, Jon walked us through the entire process and asked any questions we had. Jon Estes & his team made the mortgage process extremely easy & quick. Considering that we were applying from out-of-state meant that everything had to be handled electronically & they made the whole thing a breeze. We were able to close on time with no surprises. If we had to do this over again, we wouldn't consider anyone else!

I am an American working for a foreign company abroad that does not have any of the traditional documents, e.g. W-2 needed for a loan. Jon and his team were able to help me without additional steps or a long lead time require by some lenders. I would highly recommend Jon and team to Americans or foreign investors in similar situations.
