A team with incredible attention to detail, genuine care for their customers, and timely work process. Cody, Javier, Colby, and John did an incredible job making a miracle happen for our family. We went under contract the day we were flying out and they offered a same day inspection and got our home inspected before we had to go to the airport. I am retracting Everything I wrote in a previous review. I spoke at length with my realty agent, and the owner of Cornerstone. Come to find out, it was the buyer of my property that fabricated All of the negative attributes of the inspection. We are just a few who have been duped by this individual. OVERPRICED, UNDERSKILLED and DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH!! Cornerstone Inspections was not our first choice for a pre-purchase home inspection but since our 1st choice was unavailable on the specific day that we needed the inspection; we went with them even though they were much higher priced than most in the area. The 1st thing that should have tipped me off was that the office couldn't get it straight how I was paying for the inspections. We hired Cornerstone to inspect a home we bought recently. They missed 1 major item that should not have been missed by any stretch of the imagination, and 2 smaller yet significant items. The inspector was to hurried and not thorough. The face to face communicaton was hurried as well. We have hired another Co. for another house and they were good or great in comparison. Prices too, were or are higher at Cornerstone.
