Purchased a brand new CR-V from Honda of Lincoln in October of 2016. While driving I-80 near Gibbon heading back to Kearney in February of 2020-waterpump had a “complete internal failure” and left us stranded at the Kearney interchange. Had vehicle towed to Cornhusker Toyota/Honda for repair. They diagnosed the problem-charged me close to $400 for a vehicle that was still under warranty (power train warranty covers water pump defect for 5 years). Not all of my B1 maintenance was completed. Emailed Tara for a partial refund and she said "there's nothing I can. do." Don't waste your time here and go to another Honda dealer.
Customer service needs some training so they can work with the customer instead of frustrating the customer to the point of leaving a negative review.
I had drove by and seen a vehicle I was interested in purchasing after hours. When I looked online for details they had the incorrect make and model of the vehicle with no price. I called in the morning to see if I could make an appointment to see the vehicle and verify price. I was told they do not verify price over the phone and put me on hold for a sales rep.
