Very good doctor and staff. Had very little pain and no scarring after procedure. He is an expert at what he does and he gives back to needy children and donates his time to help children with cleft palet. He performs free surgery to these kids and that says something about a good doctor. He also sends you flowers after the procedure. I would gladly recommend him.

I decided at the age of 58 that it was time to fix the drooping jawline. I had read about Dr Andrew Jacono and went to see him in his Great Neck office. I liked him the minute I sat in his office to speak to him. He was so kind and understood everything I needed him to fix. I felt confident that he was the Dr that should perform my surgery. Dr. Andrew Jacono changed my life! I did not think my nose would ever look so PERFECT!! He is an incredibly talented, skilled surgeon.I wanted a revision rhinoplasty so badly but kept reading about how much more difficult of a procedure it is than a primary due to the fact that there is alot of scar tissue and less cartilage to work with. I guess that's why there aren't many surgeons that do it. I was back and forth on whether or not I should go through with it. I was afraid maybe my nose would end up looking worse! Dr. Jacono recently fixed my deviated septum, straightened my nose, and shaved down a bump on the bridge of my nose. I couldn't be happier with the results and it is exactly what I wanted. Dr. Jacono is patient and answered all my questions confidently. I would recommend him to anyone looking for rhinoplasty.

I went to Dr. Jacono for a second revision rhinoplasty. It is around 8 months since the surgery, and I am very happy with the results. He said it wouldn't be perfect since this is a 2nd revision, but it's pretty close to perfect. His staff is very nice. The surgery went well and I was not in a lot of pain afterwards (I was ok with extra strength Tylenol).
