Kennard could try being truthful to his clients. He could also respond to emails in a timely manner. Have team building exercises to reduce staff turnover. Hire competent staff and respond to a reasonable request for information. No, I would not recommend this law firm. In my opinion, he's not worth the $15,000.00 retainer or a $1000.00 retainer. I would not hire this firm.
