Taylor seemed like she needed more training on intake. Several questions she asked were on my paperwork and I was in severe pain so talking was very uncomfortable. Asking to hold my HSA card during my procedure felt awkward like I was opening a bar tab. X-rays were provided by my dentist but redone because my insurance paid 100%. It felt like that was a low hanging fruit that was taken advantage of because the new X-ray did not show anything different than the one done the day before. But, again, I was in severe pain so declining was difficult when the receptionists were so pushy. Doctor and assistant were very kind. Assistant showed compassion that really meant a lot to me. I would have liked to have been talked to during procedure because there was loud drilling and a lot of pressure. I didn’t even know when the tooth was out. Gauze provided was not enough for the amount of bleeding. If additional supplies are needed, knowing ahead of time would be helpful. Checkout was quick and easy and the representative was kind. All in all, the experience was positive and so far successful. The few small things mentioned would have made me feel more comfortable.
