Over 20 years ago my wife and I started from humble beginnings in the basement of a townhouse in Harlem, USA. From the moment we hung our shingle and our first patients started walking through our doors, patients made it clear that our services were needed. Everyone, beginning with Reception, was kind, courteous and informative. In particular, Dr. Rossin was extremely informative, thoroughly explaining options, procedures and recommendations. He listened patiently to my concerns, queries and the lay persons ideas about these processes. Now I just have to decide if I want a flat tummy or to renovate my bathroom!! Thank you. Carol

I had to ask Dr Angel Farnis to wash his hands and apply gloves before examining me. Infection control is a must. Should not have to ask staff to wash hands.
