It was good. I value promptness but it seem to not matter and no apology given. Everyone was kind. No water in water cannister in wait area on 2nd Fl.

The receptionist she was very kind she spoke to me as soon as I walked in the door and was very helpful with all of my questions… Lauren was very warm and had a very kind spirit she made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer all my questions, and she said, I could call her anytime with concern questions..💙

I am extremely grateful for the services provided by Lexington Plastic Surgeons, especially for the population affected with keloids. However, the processes can be improved greatly. I felt lost in the process especially when it came to scheduling as the schedules changed very frequently and was not set even a week before surgery. Communication is very poor as I was not told several important details regarding my care by the medical support staff.
