There were some technical difficulties but we were finally able to connect. There was some confusion about the time. The consultant rep was very personable and knowledgeable. The connection was spotty though.

My experience has been great so far in the pre-surgery phase. I submitted a request for consultation and was immediately contacted and completed virtually which went very well. Dr, Jones's assistant Amy Miles, was great and listened to my concerns and took notice of the areas of my concern and was helpful in giving me honest feedback in what all it would entail including total costs. So far having great experience with Robin so pleasantly scheduling my visits and helping out however she can to accommodate my schedule. And with Marjon the PA, has certainly helped me to feel secure in taking time to show me how to care for surgical wound. She also addressed concerns I had about my healing process. My experience at Lexington Plastic in Atlanta was great. The office manager Lauren was wondering. She made me felt very comfortable. She was supportive and knowledgeable. My upper and lower eyelid surgery was very well done. Looking at my before and after photos are a major different. My face was a complete transformation from the tired,wrinkled and baggy eyes.
