Milestone Property Management is an OUTSTANDING management company that cares about its residents and properties. The maintenance crew is one of the best and our Manager at Covington Square, Miguel Zeppta is the best! He cares for the residents, makes it a great, fun, place to live. He is always on top of problems and gets them resolved in a timely manner. Overall, it's a great company and a great place to live

Barb and Aaron are amazing! I have never been as happy with an apartment complex as I am living here. I never worry about my kids being outside alone because the neighbors all help keep an eye out for each other. If you ever have anything you need fixed they get on it very quickly. If you are looking for a great place to live look no further.
