Love that Dr Bourne can get you in no matter what. As a nurse myself I love that Dr Bourne treats the whole patient and actually auscultates ( listens to ) my heart lungs and belly. I used to see Rickner for years but as I age and have hormonal issues I wanted a female Dr and she is just amazing. I also work with them in a professional capacity and they both come to see the aging patients. Love this group of doctors.
I have been with Dr. Melinda Cail for over 10 years and will continue to stay with her as long as she practices medicine. Her accessibility is simply unbelievable! Multiple times I have been out of the state and she has helped me with my healthcare needs. Her approach is the future of primary care!
I’ve seen Dr Bourne Since 2005. She’s a great doctor and I loved Primary Health Partners. The staff is wonderful.
Michelle Merrell is patient and knowledgeable. I love the concept of this place.
DR. Cail is hands down the BEST doctor I have ever been to. She took the time to go over my medical history and ran a bunch of tests to figure out what was going on with me. I can see her multiple times a month and only pay a monthly fee and it’s like seeing a doctor back how it was in the 50’s. I sent her a message and she got back with me literally a minute later. Most doctors would take days! If you want a doctor that is going to be an advocate for your health she is the woman to go to!!
What a great decision moving to Primary Health Partners has been for us! Saved me bundles on labs and prescription medications, and everyone in the practice is wonderful to deal with. I can't remember the last time I visited a doctor and didn't feel like the doctor was rushing in and out to get to the next patient. A+++!

I would recommend primary health partners in edmond to anyone. Dr. Melinda Cail and her staff Nakia Burris and Misty Phouthvong are the best. I had surgery and couldn't drive one of their staff members was sent to pick me up and take me to get bloodwork done. I'm telling you this is the place to be. If you don't have a doctor or even if you do have a doctor leave and go to primary health partners in edmond that's where you want to be.... friendly caring staff. You guys rock.�
