I thought the experience was great, my daughter felt comfortable and had fun. The only thing that I believe was unnecessary was all the entertainment although I know everything is becoming more technological I still believe social interaction is best for youth throughout life experiences not distractions like tv and gaming devices.
All the staff are so good with kids and making them feel comfortable, they are also amazing with making the parents feel confident in the procedures that they’re going to do.
Always greeted right when we come in the door! Very helpful and make sure all of our answers are answered and explained thorough. I trust them with the excellent care their provide to my children!

Arya is too young to say for herself, but as her mother, I noticed that she was a lot more calmer this last visit than she was the previous one. Everyone was so nice and understanding.
