The best dental service in the area! My parents were looking for a new dental office and we decided to look for one close to our house. We called a couple of the offices in Billerica and nobody was picking up the phone or calling back. The ONLY one that pick up right away and fit us in their schedule was EXCELL DENTAL. Dr Alisha Bakshi is a great dentist and will be my dentist for as long as she will have me I needed quite a bit of work and she took great care of me I never really liked dentist because they always hurt me when working on my teeth not here she was amazing no pain not once she removed 2 teeth that needed to come out and did 3 root canals with 3 crowns and filled a front tooth that was chipped and never once did she ever make me uneasy or hurt me now that’s something when you think about the amount of work and visits I had to... read more

They are pretty good. My temporary crown keeps falling out. Really hoping they can do an emergency cleaning (gums hurt in the area) and maybe even get the real crown in tommorow so I don't have to go in every day to get the temporary recemented. Plus it comes out when I wake up in the morning so I could swallow or choke on it.
if it wasn’t forth great team they have here i probably would have prolonged what work i desperately have needed for years . help me with a great payment plan and so far everything gone great had to exstract all four front teeth and replace them with a bridge and it’s a lot of work but they got me through it kept me amazing calm through the exstractiom great people ! great team and i would recommend everyone to this dentist
My first appointment with this office after recommended by my friend went very well. Let me tell you I am a senior person, been through lots of dentists in my life, but have not seen such a friendly and knowledgeable staff specially Dr. Chitrang (Chad) Patel, who take interest in the patient concern and well being.
